Our blended roll tarps are designed with a mesh body and vinyl panels around the perimeter for extra protection over the top rail of your trailer. This is a superior design to an all-mesh tarp by providing a stronger material where the tarp tends to be stressed the most.

The blended mesh and vinyl roll tarp with front and rear flaps is best used for manual PBR style side to side systems in which the tarp is secured with cargo straps and ratchets. Each flap has two pieces of 2” cargo webbing to secure the front and rear of the tarp to the trailer. This is a common tarp for transfer trailers, chip haulers and more. This is a great option for covering your load while maintaining compliance with DOT requirements. Allowing your trailers to keep moving while maintaining road safety is a key attribute of these tarps.

We also carry replacement ratchets and additional cargo straps to secure the side of the tarp.
