Shurco Fleet Services Shipping Policy
We are committed to shipping your order quickly, safely, and at the best available rate. Please review the information below to understand how we handle processing, delivery, and shipping costs.
Order Processing
• Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
• Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
• Large, custom, or special-order products may require additional lead time. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout or by our customer service team.
• Orders will not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods
• All shipments are made FOB from our facility or designated warehouse. Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
• If you do not specify a preferred carrier, we will select the most cost-effective and reliable option.
• We use a variety of carriers, including parcel services (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and freight companies for larger shipments.
• Expedited shipping is available upon request. Additional charges may apply for expedited service, liftgate delivery, residential delivery, or special handling.
Shipping Costs
• Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
• Costs are displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
• Promotional offers such as free or discounted shipping apply only when clearly stated on our website or in active promotions.
• Additional fees may apply for oversized items, expedited delivery, or special handling requests.
Delivery Information
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, additional charges, or lost shipments. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
• Delivery times depend on carrier service levels and destination. Standard ground shipments typically arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our facility.
Handling Times and Cutoff Times
Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or recognized holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) local time are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends or holidays, are processed the next business day.
Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received and confirmed. During peak season or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Customers will be notified if additional delays occur.
Delays and Exceptions
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
• We will assist you in tracking late or missing shipments, but delivery timeframes provided by carriers are only estimates.
• Orders that are refused at delivery may be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees.
International Shipping
• At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For international shipments, contact our Customer Service team for availability, shipping quotes, and customs requirements.
• All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses unless special arrangements are made.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
All shipments must be inspected upon arrival. Any shortages or damages must be reported in writing within 5 business days of receipt. Claims for damage in transit must be filed directly with the carrier. We are not liable for carrier negligence or delays once an order has left our facility.
Customer Provided Carrier Accounts
• Customers may provide a valid FedEx or UPS account number at checkout or by contacting our Customer Service team. Orders will then be billed directly to the customer’s carrier account for shipping charges.
• If a customer does not provide their own account number, shipments will be billed using our discounted carrier rates, which are applied automatically at checkout.
• Any disputes or billing issues related to a customer’s provided carrier account must be resolved directly with the carrier.
Promotional Shipping
• From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. These promotions will be clearly stated on our website or marketing materials and are valid only during the specified timeframe.
• Unless otherwise noted, promotional shipping offers apply only to standard ground shipping within the continental United States.
• Promotional shipping does not apply to oversized items, expedited services, residential surcharges, liftgate services, or international orders unless specifically stated.
• If a promotional shipping offer is applied but the order is later canceled or modified, the promotion may no longer be valid.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional shipping offers at any time without prior notice.
